Do you have a free delivery?
YES of course! You can enjoy a free delivery on purchases of HK$400 or more.
Do you delivery at MTR stations?
Yes we can, depending on your order amount and the MTR location, we will look to discuss with you on the best possibility.
How much is the delivery fee if the order is less than HK$400?
The shipping fee will vary as per the product weight. Usually for a product of 1000 gram of weight, the delivery fee is only HK$36.00 to most locations in Hong Kong. However, please check with us on your location if you are in a remote area or any outlying Islands.
Do you have a cash on delivery payment option?
We can arrange a cash on delivery service for orders over $1000 only.
When will my order arrive?
The order will be delivered usually within 2-3 working days. Kindly note that weekdays Saturday and Sunday are not counted as working days.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
As soon as you place your order, we immediately process it in our inventory. However, order cancellations will surely be looked into and arranged.

Do I need to store the dates in the refrigerator?
YES! It is a must. Dates are an organic fruit which does go bad just like any other organic fruits if not kept under its optimum temperature which is below 10 degree Celsius.
Can we visit your location to collect our order in person?
You are definitely welcome to visit us at our warehouse in Kwai Hing, its a 5 minutes walk from the train Kwai Hing station.
